2-DAY TRAINING: LASER ALIGNMENT COURSE – Appleton, WI

This 2-day class is designed to impart best practices to new alignment techs or reinforce that knowledge for more experienced techs.  All alignment tools are welcome and will be covered. We will cover the basics of alignment, soft foot diagnosis and correction, step-by-step procedures, how to recognize issues that make alignment difficult, proper documentation, and information on specific issues that pertain to the attendee’s work environment.

Day 2

• Thermal growth calculations and alignment
• Targets
• Multi-coupling and machine train
• Laser trouble shooting
• Values
• Comprehensive alignment skills test with reporting
